Here's the problem:
See p. 4. There are two configurations: single antenna and dual antenna. You have single. There are no dual channel 2.4 and 5ghz wireless cards that can work right on a single antenna. Adding an antenna requires a very serious disassembly project. The additional antenna is inexpensive and pretty easy to find but the work to install it is hard.
A usb dongle is a workable option.
Post back woth any more questions and please accept as solution to help others find it.

The Intel is the better wireless card. I just upgraded my office manager's personal laptop for her to that same wireless card. Thruput in my office, which is a bit of a ways to the wifi router went up by a factor of 6, making the laptop useable.
Hers had 2 antennae, however.
Buying the antennae is not the problem. Make sure you get the right size connectors as M.2 wifi cards use a different size than older models. Antennae are cheap. You have to completely disassemble the laptop and remove the screen and motherboard to do the job correctly.

I ended up buying Intel Corp. 7265 Wireless 2x2 AC BT M.2
since this was the size for my laptop and I also read that Tenext
Pair Laptop Wireless Mini PCI PCI-E Internal Antenna are compatible with this wireless card
The only thing im having trouble with and being careful with are the chrome hinges.
will hopefully find the way to pass the antennas once the card is here 😄
