I inherited this ProBook 6565b, no warranty, and would like to upgrade a few items including the WIFI 100/100 which is painfully slow. Any suggestions for upgrading it would be greatly appreciated.
Also would like to know MAX memory size and speed, and any options for upgrading the CPU (chip)?

Hi:
The notebook has a BIOS whitelist which blocks the installation of any Wi-Fi card from working except those listed in chapter 3 of the service manual and they must have the HP part number on the card, or it will not work.
The list of supported processors and memory upgrade information can be found in chapter 1 of the manual.
