The HP parts store link does not save.

hey so I bought the wifi card

My laptop isnt going to be easily accessible but I plan to get it done . What do I do after I install the new wifi card? is there software I need to download specifically for my laptop I figured I would have to or would my laptop just identify the new card and use it ? I really don't know I have been searching up whether I have to dowload some realtek AC software but I dont know .
