hey so I bought the wifi card

My laptop isnt going to be easily accessible but I plan to get it done . What do I do after I install the new wifi card? is there software I need to download specifically for my laptop I figured I would have to or would my laptop just identify the new card and use it ? I really don't know I have been searching up whether I have to dowload some realtek AC software but I dont know .

Once you get the wifi card installed, you can install these drivers for it...

Wifi:

I think you can install them now because doesn't your notebook has the Realtek RTL8723DE wifi adapter?

Those drivers also work for that card too.
