I bought new adapter which suppose to get me 433mb speed but for some reason I still get the old 150mb.
I will add that I used the antenna I already had and I didn't do any driver update as I can't find one. What can be the issue?

Hi:
I assume that you are using a dual band AC router?
A dual band wireless N router will only provide a max throughput of 150 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.
This is the latest Wi-Fi driver for that model card.

I have the same model wifi adapter in two of my HP notebooks and it connects at 433 MBPS like it should.
I once came across a similar post where the person had the same issue and it turned out that they were no broadcasting their SSID and once they did, it connected at a faster speed, but still not at 433 MBPS.
Why that would be, I have no idea.
The person also changed a setting on his router to the 80 MHz bandwidth and that finally got the card to work at 433 MBPS.

OK, then the only suggestion I can offer would be to read through the discussion I posted and make sure that you are broadcasting your router's SSID and have the bandwidth set to 80/160 MHz or auto allowing those frequencies.
I also have an AX router (ASUS 11000) and both of my RTL8821CE wifi cards are connecting at the maximum advertised speeds.
