HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am perhaps one of those that is just experienced enough to be dangerous to themselves.  I'm not at all sure I am even at the right place, so...

My omen and HP 9010 are working fine -- until I mess with them.

I am having a bit of trouble using a (ExpressVPN) VPN.  I know, I need to contact the people at ExpressVPN.  But they are going to ask me for hardware ID that I do not ready have.

How can I get both my laptop AND  printer s/n etc. without having to move/disconnect/unplug or otherwise tear apart my workspace?

I know, if I had been on the ball I would have recorded this info BEFORE hookup.  That being said, now how do I get this info?

I tried the HP support assistant, but all it sees is the laptop and not the printer at all.

?? Please.

Regards,
Chuck Billow

I understand you'd want to look up for product details without moving the devices. Refer to this document for steps to find the product details.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
