HP Elitebook 840 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I need some help. Purchased an HP Elitebook 840 G3 and added the HP LT4120 wwan card. I made sure the drivers are up to date and the BIOS is updated. However when I have the SIM inserted Windows detects the SIM card shows 'no service' and reads all the information but does not populate the IMEI. When I open Verizon Connection Manager it does not show a SIM is inserted.

Any help is appreciated!

Now you have to talk with Verizon: Do they support the mentioned WWAN card. I used to have a loan machine with Verizon pre-installed and it worked perfectly in the US.

At home (Australia), I simply swapped the SIM card and it did not work at all.  I did not spend time to fix that (talk with my telco) because I only kept the machine for one year.

Regards.
