Hello. I am getting occasional WIFI drops. I am using Windows 11. the installed driver is 2024.0.10.223, dated 05/21/202.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the newer driver helps any...2024.0.10.224

Thanks! It looks like the driver change did the trick! Why wouldn't Support Assistant have downloaded that driver?

You're very welcome.

 

The HP support assistant is only going to find drivers for your specific model notebook and the wifi drivers on the support page are outdated--the newest one being 2024.0.10.220.

 

I grabbed that driver from the the HP Prodesk 400 G7 of all places.
