I currently have an Intel Centrino Advanced N-6532n Dual Band a/g/n in my laptop. I have dual band router wifi router with ac capalility. is there a compatible ac wifi card for my computer?

Your machine was built around 2013, due to the whitelist the chance to upgrade wifi card to newer card is very slim to none. Your machine uses Intel Core i5-4200U Processor therefore you should be able to use the following card on the list
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) WiFi with Bluetooth 4.0 combo part # 710662-001
