Select each of those Realtek devices and uninstal them. Be sure to remove the driver
install this driver https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp147001-147500/sp147481.exe
If you modem is accessable, the log into it and find the best 2.4ghz band
Your WLAN card only has one antenna, you might read this post by @Paul_Tikkanen

There is a 3 year old suggestion that might work
Be sure to open the command prompt in admin mode before doing that tcp reset
If none of these work you might consider replacing the WLAN adapter that was recommended here
disassembly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hwMSOKbLVaQ
the part
there looks like enogh space to add a WLAN that supports a second antenna. I do not know what WLAN can be used as some HP systems had a whitelist and only certain WLAN will work. Our expert @Paul_Tikkanen might know.

Hi, @Aalok4
You can do a direct swap to this dual band AC Wi-Fi adapter that is listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) L17365-005
The above card also uses different Wi-Fi drivers than the RTL8723DE Wi-Fi adapter.
Then there would be no need to completely disassemble the notebook including the display bezel to run a second antenna wire.
I also note that the RTL8723DE Wi-Fi adapter has completely disappeared from the device manager as seen in your screenshot and only appears as a hidden device.
It may have suffered a hardware failure.
You can also try factory resetting the notebook after backing up your files and use the cloud recovery tool to do that to rule out a software/driver issue.
