Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELLO,

 i have hp au009tx model bought it 6 months back win10 64 bit (OS)

 

till last week it is working fine and good dont know what happned from past one week my wifi id frequently disconnecting

and showing me an YELLOW symmbol there..!

 

i have updated all drivers but no use same issue is there plzz kindly helpme out from this !

So it is not the system files which means no problem with the tcp/ip stack in the operating system. 

 

I would go into device manager and uninstall the device (wifi card) and use advanced options to delete the driver files off the hard drive at the same time. Reboot. When it comes back up it will be searching for a driver. Have the latest driver available on the desktop to install when the system asks for a driver. This will assure only the latest driver files get loaded.

 

If problem persists I am saying the hardware diagnostic is wrong and you need to replace the wifi adapter.

Can you get into diagnostic mode...tap esc as you power up and choose F2 as the option. Look in component tests for the wireless card and test it. Post results back here.

hello

 

the results test are

 

first i have run wireless module tesr it shown me : test PASSED

 

and second when i have run the network test it shown me me like :

 

UEFInetworking does not appear to be supported or enabled on the system.Please check the BIOS setings

to make sure UEFI network options ROMs are enabled and that UEFI network boot is enabled

The hardware is fine then. 

 

Next thing is to check the Windows system files:
