Hello dear, I have a HP pavilion convertible x360 laptop. After windows updation from 10 to 11 24H2 my laptop wifi is not working. even I completely formate my Laptop and install a fresh windows 11 24H2 and update BIOS version AMI A.56 also.

now my Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 wireless card driver is not working when i try to search available wifi connerction then is showing nothing and my Bluetooth connectivity always contiuously connecting and disconnecting. Please help to solve this problem.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers to the latest W11 versions HP currently has available:

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers

 

Version 2024.10.230.600

 

sp162860.exe

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

 

Version 1.10.1072.3000

 

sp157128.exe
