Bring up the device manager and see if you can roll back the driver as it seems to be the wrong one.

You installed an update and some devices are no longer working. You need to either uninstall the update or alternately roll back the device driver to an older one that was working before.

Have you run diagnostics? Make sure your hardware is working OK before attempting a repair of Windows.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to invoke UEFI diagnostics. If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info

Rollback the driver that the Device Managers shows as failing or is the wrong one.

If the driver is grayed out like the image below then it cannot be rolled back.

Thank you for your reply.

i tried your suggestion :

1. Drive roll back option is not available it is greyed out so can not be rolled back.

2. my laptop doesn't have HW issue since UEFI test is pass.

do you have any other solution for this issue?

Did you uninstall the driver that has the exclamation mark?

Reboot after uninstalling it.

Which of the 64 zbooks is the one you have?
