Good day,
For quite a long time, every time I start up, my WIFI takes more than 10sec to connect. It happens only to my laptop and not to other connected products.
I have the most updated drivers for the network card, I tried to remove the network card and reinstall it, etc.. but nothing changes.
I think this has happened since the win11 installation - is there an option that prevents a fast connection at startup?
Thanks for you help !

Hi, @BenZaf
The model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has is plagued with problems.
I have a similarly equipped HP envy 15 notebook with an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor.
My notebook's support page has a utility that yours does not...I don't know if it will help or not because my notebook has the much better and more reliable Intel AX200 card that the notebook came with from HP.
But if you want to try it out...
HP Connection Optimizer
This package provides HP Connection Optimizer (HP Sure Connect) for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system. HP Sure Connect automatically recovers the driver of a communications device that has stopped functioning.

If you continue to experience disconnection problems, and you are good at taking things apart and even better at putting things back together again, you may want to upgrade to the same card HP installed in my notebook.
Here is the part number and description:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part #L35282-005.
The same model card is listed as supported in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual as well.
You can find the above model Wi-Fi card on eBay. Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi card.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
Here's a service teardown video for your notebook's model series:
