hi

drivers loaded but no wi fi shows.

troubleshooting error:-    1. problem with wireless adpter or aceess point

2.  A network cable is not proerly plugged in or may be broken.

 

Please suggest is this hardware issue ? & what to do?

Hi, @sopan_eveready

 

Please post the hardware ID for the device you see listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller.

 

That is the wifi card that needs the driver installed.

 

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID, and then I will post the link to the driver you need.
