Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

Wifi and Ethernet icon always disappears. I tried returning the laptop to bestbuy but to my luck, it was past the return date already. I just bought this last August. Ive observed a week after purchasing that wifi icon disappears but it didnt really bother me since my classes havent started at that time. But now, It became a daily struggle already especially I have due quizzes everyday. Laptop easily overheats too.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Network adapters>

--->>> Send screenshot

 

(3) Please report your results
