Hello,

My Users experiencing an issue with my wireless network connection. The system event logs show the error "WLAN Extensibility Module has stopped," and :

 

Capability change on {be972071-cb9e-4ee6-b68c-d3e156a36b7e} (0x47008000000000 Family: V4 Capability: None ChangeReason: CapabilityReset)

Capability change on {be972071-cb9e-4ee6-b68c-d3e156a36b7e} (0x47008000000000 Family: V4 Capability: None ChangeReason: SuspectArpProbeFailed)

 

This suggests a problem with my Intel wireless adapter.

Symptoms:

  • Intermittent loss of Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Event log entries indicating "WLAN Extensibility Module has stopped."
  •  

System Information:

  • Computer Make and Model: [Please provide this information]
  • Windows Version: Win11 24H2
  • Wireless Adapter Model: Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E vPro 160
