Hello,
I work in matrix, in israel.
I have a laptop that i have recieve a thin client HP Pro MT440 G3 Mobile Thin Client, i have recieved it so i can test the sim card slot, because we used a netstick before and we want to change to sim card. I have published on it an image from another laptop(that is the the same), and for some reason i cant seem to get the sim card work, i have installed the driver that you have provided on your website to this model and for some reason it is just stuck on "getting ready" in the cellular section.
Now i dont know if it worked before the image because i published the image before even the first boot(mistake i made that i didnt check). The driver installation went well. I can see that in the logs of event viewer under system im getting alot of logs from eventID 610, something about mmicrosoft UICC ISO Reader that or he rejected LOCTL TRANSMIT the parameter is incorrect or the same error but access is denied.
Can you please help?
Thanks,
Ariel

SIM card alone won't work, it is useless DID you buy machine with WWAN option ? The specs clearly say on page 7:
- WWAN
Intel® XMM 7560 R+ LTE-Advanced Pro Cat16 - WWAN module is optional, must be configured at the factory and requires separately purchased service contract. Check
with service provider for coverage and availability in your area. Connection speeds will vary due to location, environment,
network conditions, and other factors. 4G LTE not available on all products, in all regions.

Hello banhien thank you for the reply,
Yes we did purchase with the sim card slot. When I have received the laptop I have published an image on it, wrong by me I didn't check if it worked before. But I did install a driver from the HP website for this specific laptop. Doesn't work, just stuck on getting ready.
Thanks,
Ariel
