I Purchased ZBOOK G6 with WWAN Technology. Can I use this feather for normal call like cellphone ?

Given your machine does have WWAN option. You can insert your supported SIM card or even eSIM (if available) to use your machine as a cell phone.
Also please check with your provider first to make sure they support the configuration.
