Hi @A4Apollo,

I am agreeing with you, that as per specifications/ HP Documents / HP Website , It should have "Intel XMM 7560 LTE-Advanced Pro WWAN module"  and physical SIM Slot, But in real, it isn't present.

This is major goof up from the HP EU and I also written mail to  Head  &  VP -  EMEA , with proofs , but they  choose to ignore. This is can be a classic case for court/ major PR headache for HP.

I will share you the serial No in Pvt and also attaching the product pic  for the reference.

@mukul_sharma,

Thanks for sharing the product details.

Using the serial number you shared, I was not able to extract much information from it.

However, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Take Care!

Hi,

are here any news? You will find the Modem under "System Devices" but I think: if the lte modem not is listed under Networkdevices it wont work.

I have the Problem with a HP Spectre X 360 - I tested two Devices now an on both I always get a "Device Disconnect" Sound because of the LTE Modem.

Kind Regards

Matze

Hi,

Didn't helped, though I got a call from the HP Custumer Services India , But they can't help much since the product is from EU, Different region, they are unable to change the product or get the product replaced.

Get it verified though service centre that NO SIM or Module Present. the Product is returned back to HP and will get full refund.

I Would Request HP Team /  kindly highlight this wrong specification of the product to the highest level and get its rectified.

Now I have to think 1000x times before I buying next HP product. Since the product info on HP website not reliable.

Regards,

Mukul Sharma
