Warranty claim on keyboard in the UK

How do I put a Warranty Claim through for a in-warranty product that has broken in the UK? There appears to be no mechanism to make the claim as the recurring message you end up at is "Sorry, we are unable to determine if there are any support agent options for your location at this time. You can use other resources below or please try again later."

Managed to get through to HP UK on the phone who were extremely helpful and have sorted a warranty claim, a shame such a poor experience on-line as they couldn't be more helpful on the phone!
