Hi @Ali_Kaptan
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I understand that you are having some connection issues. I will be happy to help. I will need some additional information from you; What is your product number? What do you have listed in your Device Manager under Network Adapters?
Try the built-in Windows troubleshooter mentioned in this HP document Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet Connection. Below are a few generic troubleshooting steps that you can try:
Power cycle the network:
1. Shut down your notebook.
2. Unplug the power to your router.
3. Unplug the power to your modem.
4. Wait at least 45 seconds.
5. Plug in the modem, and wait for it to come back online.
6. Plug in the router, and wait for it to come back online.
7. Turn on your notebook, and test your connection.
Reset the TCP/IP settings:
1. Go to your start screen/menu and type CMD.
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and chose Run as administrator.
3. In the window that opens type "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" without quotes, and press enter.
4. Restart your PC and test.
Reset the winsock catalogue:
1. Go to your start screen/menu and type CMD.
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and chose Run as administrator.
3. In the window that opens type "netsh winsock reset" without quotes, and press enter.
4. Restart your PC and test.
Change power management option for your wireless adapter:
1. Open Device Manager.
2. Expand the Network adapters.
3. Right click on the Ethernet/Wireless Adapter and click Properties.
4. Click the Power Management tab.
5. Remove the check mark beside Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
6. Click OK.
7. Test.
Forget the Network and reconnect (Windows 8):
1. Press Windows Key + C
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Change PC settings.
4. Click Network on the left.
5. Click Manage known networks.
6. Click the network name.
7. Click Forget.
8: Reconnect
Click the “Kudos Thumbs Up" on the right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Hi Ali_Kapton,
In this HP document Testing for Hardware Failures there is a section Testing using HP Support Assistant in Windows 8 that will show you how to do the HP Network Check. Let me know how that goes. I am starting to lean towards it being a hardware issue based on all the troubleshooting you are have already done.

Apologies since I haven't mentioned earlier that i have tried HP PC Diagnostics UEFI and HP Support Assistant.
HP PC Diagnostics UEFI
Wireless Module ended up saying "NOT FOUND"
and
HP Support Assistant

I have a strong feeling that the issue is with the hardware and that's heartbreaking to face such an issue after a week since I have purchased the laptop. I don't think there would be a solution for this with installing a driver or any other diagonistics.
An online support would be perfect actually , I highly appriciate for the quick replies but online assistance would be amazing, or a group chat with a group of technicians together would be just perfect.
Looking forward for a positive reply and thank you so much for the effort.

Hi Ali_Kapton
At this point I am definitely thinking we have a hardware issue with the wireless adapter. Your best bet is to give us a call regarding repair options. You can reach HP Total Care at 1-800-474-6836 in North America or start here if you live outside of North America.

Great advice but can you give workarounds for this issue for those of us whose pc is out of the service date? I have been dealing with this issue for a while now and have tried just about every fix. I can only find my device under the show hidden devices in the device manager. Then it says it is not connected. That can't be so now what? It seems to be something with Realtek and have went to their site and downloaded newest drivers ect. This fixed it once but then the issue reoccurred and now I can't get it to work no matter what I try.
