What does this mean? Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8852&SUBSYS_88E1103C&REV_00\00E04CFFFE88520100 had a problem starting.

Hi:

 

In simple language there is some kind of issue (hardware or software) that is causing your notebook's RTL8852AE 802.11ax PCIe Wireless Network Adapter from starting.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for that model Wi-Fi adapter:

 

6001.10.353.0   12/22/2022
