Product: OMEN 17-cb1000 Laptop PC (25T58AV)

Hello! I have 2 HP laptops on Windows 10  and Windows 11. When i try to ping google.com via cmd by both laptops they have different ping indicators:
win10 - 10-12ms
win11 - sometimes 17 and then jump to 40.  Sometimes 200+ ping when win10 have 12-17

Also Windows 11 has unstable ping. it can jump and packets can be lost at a time when everything is fine from the Internet to Windows 10. Recomend me please a few drivers that are most suitable for my laptop OMEN 17-cb1000 on window 11?
