What is the highest Wifi speed I can get on my HP Elitebook

I have upgraded my Verizon Fios internet to 960/880GB but I am barely reaching 100GB on 5G from my laptop. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Up to 940/880 Mbps

Fios Gigabit Connection

AND the Wi-Fi speed 100 Gbps?

If so there seems to be a mismatch in the Mb and Gb comparison.
