Paul,

I dis-assembled my HP Stream. I removed the keyboard and some wires. I un-connected all cables and wires and re-connected them. Then put everything back together. Then when I started the HP Stream. The WIFI and BLUE TOOTH worked perfectly.

Maybe, a cable was not seated correctly. The battery was plugged into the motherboard and maybe that RESET everything. I do not know. But everything is working just fine. I appreciate all the HELP and SUPPORT you have given me. I am not an TECHNICIAN or SUPPORT person. But I just keep trying options and never gave up. Alot of hard work. But it worked out just fine for me.

I went into DEVICE MANAGER, then to Network Devices. The WIFI showed this information. Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCle Adapter

Maybe, this will help other HP Stream 11-ah117wm owners. THANK YOU again, Paul.
