Where is the wifi button on the dv6t-1200

Need to find the wifi button or a user guide for an older dv6t-1200. Wifi is shut off and I can't remember how to turn it back on

This doesn't appear to be the same layout as mine. Is the dv6 the same as the dv6t?  I have no buttons except a light for the speaker, the slide volumn control and a light for the wifi indicator. If the light is the button, then it isn't responding

See if you can turn on the wifi adapter using the HP wireless assistant's software controls...

Install and restart the PC.

My dv6810us notebook has a wireless slide switch on the left front edge of the notebook.

I didn't even know it was there, and I must have inadvertently slid the switch to the off position.

The wifi light was amber and I had no idea why the wifi suddenly quit working.
