Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The app on my cellular phone to use for support does not stay in the app when asking for community support. It takes me to a website in a browser. Why cannot the app do this? What is the purpose of the app? I have to go out to a website anyway with redirects…
