I cannot register my printer to install software as my UK post code is being rejected. I've lived there for 2 years!!!

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your printer is not accepting UK postal code during setup. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
Make sure the country is set to UK in the preferences of the printer, and it should accept a postal code even if it says zip code.
This setting should be in there setup menu of the printer, and then preferences, then you can select the country and language.
Let me know if that helps.
Cheers.

Thanks for the help. I have recently bought a Lenovo laptop and I have found that sometimes the complete page is not being displayed. I've tried reducing the image size but this is not always possible. This was the case when I was trying to enter my post code and the seriel number of the new HP printer. Eventually I called HP support and immediately the super girl that helped me, pointed out that it was set up for the USA. Their flag was not showing on my screen. Once that was adjusted, she proceeded to set up the printer,
Thank you to the support team.
