I just recently upgraded to Wi-Fi 6 but my laptop can’t see the new wifi network but I can see other networks how can I get my laptop to see and connect to my new Wi-Fi 6 network? Thanks

It comes with a single band Wi-Fi adapter (Realtek RTL8188EE) that only works on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi N band.

 

Ensure that your new router is set to broadcast on both the 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi bands and allows for wireless N support on the 2.4 GHz band.
