Hi @Snoopyhead,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

This could be a compatible issue with your current OS.

If the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers are not showing up in Device Manager on your HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0101ax running Windows 11, it indicates that the system is not recognizing the network adapter hardware. Here are the steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

1. Check the BIOS Settings

Ensure that the WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled in the BIOS.

  1. Enter BIOS Setup:
    • Restart your computer and press Esc or F10 repeatedly to enter the BIOS setup.
  2. Check Wireless Settings:
    • Navigate to the Advanced or Integrated Peripherals section (the exact name may vary).
    • Ensure that the wireless and Bluetooth options are enabled.
  3. Save and Exit:
    • Save any changes and exit the BIOS setup.

2. Update the BIOS

Updating the BIOS can resolve hardware detection issues.

  1. Visit HP Support:
  2. Download the BIOS Update:
    • Download and install the latest BIOS update for your model.
  3. Follow the Instructions:
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to update the BIOS.

3. Perform a Network Reset

Resetting the network settings can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

  1. Open Settings:
    • Press Win + I to open Settings.
  2. Navigate to Network & Internet:
    • Go to Network & Internet > Status.
  3. Network Reset:
    • Scroll down and click on Network Reset.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your computer.

4. Reinstall Network Drivers

Manually reinstall the network drivers to ensure they are properly installed.

Download Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support page and download the latest WiFi and Bluetooth drivers for your model.

Open Device Manager:

  • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.

Show Hidden Devices:

  • Click on View in the top menu and select Show Hidden Devices.

Uninstall Network Adapters:

  • If any network adapters appear (even as hidden), right-click and uninstall them.

Install Drivers:

  • Install the downloaded drivers manually and restart your computer.

Please find the remaining steps in the next post.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
