I ended up using WiFi in Linux its most stable even .232 isn't stable. I gave up on windows drivers.

The difference between 2024.10.230.1 and 2024.10.230.2 is only one file (with the .sys name ending) and 1 kb is more.

So I think realtek still fixes the disconnection problem.

And I noticed a decrease in ping in games.

I haven't tested in Rocket League and Fortnite yet, but in ETS2 in TruckersMP I had a ping of 50 all the time (in the old drivers it jumped up to 75 and even 90).

@User463523

Windows drivers are often broken, I remember from the case of AMD drivers (just in my case AMD is responsible for the display)

As I use the Polaris Vega drivers the amd audio coprocessor has versions that make the taskbar disappear, sound crashes and explorer.exe crashes.

Since I use AMD Amernine drivers no errors.

I believe I will not be writing to AMD about this as I have reported in the past and they did nothing, so I will not be keeping such drivers.

The latest driver (2024.10.230.2) for the RTL8822CE/RTL8821CE/RTL8822BE has an interesting fix:

- Fixes an issue that causes the Wi-Fi connection to drop unexpectedly.

I tested the ping in Rocket League and Fortnite with no change

UPD (10.01.25 20:30):

If HP employees see my posts here, I get the impression that packet loss in games or whatever it's called sometimes escapes, resulting in a ping high in games for a fraction of a second or longer (no matter what DNS you set).

Particularly noticeable in Rocket League and Fortnite, but it's less frequent with this 2024.10.230.2 driver.

I didn't add to it, but noticeable for a long time, otherwise great performance.

Which Windows OS build do you use, can you send me winver screenshot as well list of all drivers as well version installed? Because in my case Windows 1124H2 the only driver working is 2023.56.0502.2017 [from realtek website]

Just an FYI here. Everything was working well, and then Windows pushed an update last week that screwed things up again. Ugh! Fortunately, since HP support was able to figure out the problem the first time, it was easy to have them do it again.
