Hello,
There is a strange connection issues to my HP Victus 16.1". When I started my device, the first few seconds of Wi-Fi is working but then suddenly become "No connection access", that is despite the laptop shows it is "Connected". Whenever I try to switch to other Wi-Fi sources, the problem persists (shows as "Connected" but the icon shows "No internet access" and Wi-Fi is not working whichever Wi-Fi I am picking). Screenshot below to help explaining to you..
Strangely enough:
- This error does not happen on every device startup. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.
- I have checked the Wi-Fi and it's working on other devices; Sometimes the error itself will resolve by restarting my Wi-Fi, but I'm afraid this may be issues on my laptop because it has never happened on other devices.
- Whenever the "Connected" and "No internet access" conflict is happening, I have to restart my device (because switching to other Wi-Fis will not work, I still get the same error).
If you have any ideas on whether this is my device's error or not, please let me know.
