Hi@certovino,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Spectre X360 Laptop.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM if Internet is working on this PC.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • You can download Bios on to a USB flash drive from another computer and then run it on this PC.
  • Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine whether the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures.
  • Try doing System Restore if it had worked few days ago.
  • You can also do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

OP did any of these solve the issue for you? I updated BIOS but that did nothing unfortunately.

Thank you for your advice.

Unfortunately my issue hasn't been solved yet.

I tried all those things (except for System Restore because wifi hasn't been working for 2 weeks) you told me to, but I couldn't Reset PC since an error occurred and unable to go on.

And when I ran HP PC Hardware Diagnostics test, I got the result as the attached photos.

Is there any other way I can do before taking my laptop to a repair shop?

I tried the system reset with keeping files, that did not work for me either.  I also got that same diagnostic result, which I am told is common message when an upgrade causes a failure.
