Hello,
I have an ENVY 13-ah0xxx. Currently in the M.2 slot, there is a WLAN chip, with the network adapter being RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe. There are two antennas.
I purchased this AX200NGW WiFi 6 card from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TLBNSZQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I installed the chip, but my Windows 10 operating system did not recognize/detect it. (I've run all current updates).
I even tried to download the drivers from Intel, but I am at a complete loss on what to do there.
Am I missing something?
Thanks for any help you may provide!

Hi:
In theory that card should have worked if the SPS# on the card you installed matches the one in the photograph.
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # L35282-005.
Only a non-vPro wifi card would work.
If the SPS# on the card is indeed L35282-005, then unfortunately I don't know why it didn't work, and would have to conclude that there is some kind of BIOS restriction that is blocking the Intel AX200 card from working.
