I'm having issues with my WiFi Adapter. I have a Code 43 Error (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems). I hooked the laptop up to a hardwire network line and tried updating the drivers using the HP app, but that didn't resolve the problem. When I tried running the HP Computer Diagnostics tools it won't test my WiFi Adapter for some reason. Both the short and extensive tests just skip over the Wireless tests and say "Canceled" without any reason. So I don't know if the hardware is bad or if there is just something with the driver/software that I am missing. Any suggestions? My next move is a complete computer restore, which I am hesitant to do.
thanks
