Hi, Ralph:
So, the driver I gave you didn't work?
If not, then you need this driver:
JMicron Card Reader Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45010.exe
ACPI HPQ0004:
HP 3D DriveGuard Software
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe
ENE:
ENE CIR Receiver Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp44501-45000/sp44983.exe

Hi Paul.
ALL looks good! Thank You. The only one is the Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) which I assume is the USB WiFi adapter like the one you use.
In the future I would really like to "get down" how to do Backups correctly and not lose Data like I just did when I updated Windows 10 hoping it would fix the loss of the notebook connecting like it should. Do you think replacing th WiFi card would resolve that at this point? I think I can pick one up for about 10$ maybe more. Plenty from China but I prefer not to buy from there for anything. If you have a link for the WiFi card please send in a long. I'll send an attacment of the one in this notebook. Word won't suffice Paul for what you've done. Best, Ralph

Hi, Ralph:
Looking at your last screenshot, nothing has changed. Still shows 3 base system devices and two unknown devices needing drivers.
All of those devices still need drivers installed and the 3 drivers I just gave you should have installed them.
