HP Recommended

Hello, I need help, please. So when I try to connect my wifi it says exactly this and does not show any networks to connect to:

"Network & Internet settings
Change, settings such as making a connection metered"

It lets me see NO available internet connection.  This has been happening to me for 6 hours nows.  

Please help!
