HP 250 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just got a new laptop for my wife, and am having problems connecting to my home wifi.  Work wifi, and android hotspot is perfectly fine.

Laptop is a 250 G4 (i3 8GB Ram, Windows 10), with a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter.

It's connecting to a BT Home Hub.  Everytime I connect to the wifi (wired is fine) I get a 'No Internet, secured' status.

All other devices inthe house can connect fine, inc a Windows 10 tablet.

The HP Laptop connects on my works wifi and my android hotspot, just not the BT Home Hub.

I've tried updating the drivers, and factory resetting the laptop.

Has anyone come across this, or have any ideas I can try before I send the laptop back?

Problem solved!!  It seems I hit some form of IP limit ont he BT home hub.

I cleared the old connected devices from the homehub admin screen, and was able to connect with not issues.

I've tried the Network Trouble shooter and get "WiFi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration - not fixed.
