Hello! I'm trying to figure out why my wifi and ethernet is so slow on my laptop. I've updated my router and modem just today, yet, still can't get anywhere near the 300 I'm supposed to be getting. Not sure if I need to update the router, or where I would even do that. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I hope this is what you need:
HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop 15 - ec0xxx
x64-based PC
10.0.22631 Build 22631
System SKU : 7QS79UA#ABA
My laptop has been running really slow too. I now noticed it has 8 gig installed memory but only 1.03 gig left, would that be causing it be slow as well? Thank you for your help!

Your machine is an HP Pavilion - 15-ec0013dx, its specs

>>>> but only 1.03 gig left
Looks like it has no room to move and its storage is only 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD therefore again it has to do a lot of things in and out. Upgrade BOTH RAM and STORAGE should help a lot
1. RAM: You can upgrade RAM to 32GB using https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfd824a/ct16168255
2. STORAGE: You can upgrade to 1TB or 2TB using https://www.crucial.com/ssd/p3/ct2000p3ssd8/ct21536187 or https://www.crucial.com/ssd/p3/ct1000p3ssd8/ct21516390
If you could no do in one go (due to budget), please upgrade RAM first.
Regards.
