Hi, I've recently upgraded to a Virgin Super Hub 3 router but now seem to have constant issues with the connection being lost. I can be happily working away on the internet then suddenly no response but on the toolbar it still shows I am connected and also in network settings. If I then manually disconnect it won't connect again until I go into the troubleshooter and the diagnostic check comes up with a network cable loose or disconnected which I presume is because I don't have an ethernet cable connected? The other thing it does is re set the wireless adaptor and then it reconnects. It will now be fine for a period of time and then will do exactly the same again and I have to go through the same process to get back on the internet. These issues have only started since changing to this new Super Hub 3 and when I contacted Virgin they took me to a website for the Hub settings and talked me through changing certain settings, at the time this allowed me to connect my wireless printer up but the issue with the internet connection being lost is still happening. Sorry for the long winded description but can anybody help with this issue. Thanks.

Hi

Not really.  I lose an ethernet connection for NO known reason.

I fix an IP address for my Laptop, and give a 24 lease time.

IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.11(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 01 September 2019 09:37:00
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : 02 September 2019 09:37:02
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

DHCPv4 server

This sections allows you to configure how the Hub 3.0 assigns IPv4 addresses. It is configured to be a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server by default. This provides the TCP/IP configuration for all connected devices.
