HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

I am experiencing WiFi connection issues on my ProBook 4530s. WiFi and a Hotspot are visible to the computer. However the system does not automatically make a connection as it has in the past. When a go into the Settings /WiFi I can manually turn on the WiFi. When I go to Network Status it is showing "Not Connected". I run the troubleshooting and it tells me that I have to "enable WiFi capabilities". So I  am in this loop of manually having to try turn on WiFi and hoping that the computer will eventually connect, which it does but only for a short period of time. So very simply I have not found a permanent solution.

Anyone have some ideas?
