I tried your instructions,
I have tried to enable Firewall but there are some problems
1. I saw this
when i tried to use and click onrecommended settings the mouse sign starts to turn loading sign i am sharing screens with you
i could not solve my problem again, please can you help me?

(1) Disconnect from Internet
(2) Turn Firewall on using buttons
- (translated) Use recommended settings
- (translated) Restore settings
- (translated) Restore Firewall to default
(3) Restart Windows
(4) Please report back
