HP Laptop - 15s-gu0001ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP Support,

I just bought an HP 15s-gu0001ax laptop  (SN: [Personal Information Removed]) with Windows 10 Home single language edition pre-installed.  Our office environment requires all workstations to run Windows 10 Pro so we installed the aforementioned OS after 'cleaning' the original partitions using 'diskpart'.

The Windows 10 Pro installation was successful but then the wi-fi icon is missing from the taskbar and so the laptop could not connect to the internet. Is there a way to solve the wi-fi icon issue?

PLEASE NOTE that Services 'WLAN AutoConfig' and 'WWAN AutoConfig' are both Running in Automatic mode.

I look forward to hearing from you.
