Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
We have been out of town for several months and my printer was turned off. When we returned, my printer would could print test pages but didn't seem to see the WiFi network. The network is on and functioning normally. In tying to attach ithe printer to the WiFi network, I did something wrong that disabled the WiFi network on the printer. How do I turn it back on and get the printer on the network?
I am an 83 year old woman. We are in the path of the hurricane in Florida and all local support has closed. I desparately need to use my printer.
