Hello everyone,

 

I have a huge problem with my computer! I cannot see any WiFi connection from my computer, I checked every other options that has been posted but the issue is that for example when I check network settings there is no WiFi there so I cannot modify anything. When I click on the WiFi image at the beginning screen there is again to networks and then I troubleshoot it but there is only Ethernet and Bluetooth there again no WiFi. I restarted my computer more than 10 times and nothing changes. And worth to mention that the orange light right next to the charging spot of my computer is off. It used to be always on previously. Now there is no light. Could you please help me to solve it? I’m so desperate since I tried every other options… thank you so much
