Yesterday when I was reset my laptop my WiFi symbol has gon and ethernet symbol is come on task bar I've already update wireless network adaptor but is doesn't work, now tell me what should i do in step by step

A warm welcome to HP Community!

Most of the wireless connectivity issues can be resolved by removing the existing wireless driver and then installing a compatible driver. Here is how to do it:

1.) In Windows, search for and open "Device Manager".

2.) Double-click "Network adapters".

3.) Right-click the Wireless device and select "Uninstall". Please makesure that you check the box 'Delete the driver software for this device'.

Once the driver is removed is removed, download and install the latest wireless driver from here
