I turned on my laptop and it wasn’t connected to the internet and instead of the WiFi logo there is a circle symbol when I click it nothing happens also when I go on WiFi settings and click show available networks nothing happens and after I clicked to diagnose the problem is says connect to available wireless network and when I click show me the list it doesn’t show it.
The laptop will go to any page I click but seems to be unresponsive when I click on anything to do with showing the WiFi networks so I’m not sure how I can connect to WiFi ?
