Hi! @Amr10,
Are you able to connected to the internet using an ethernet connection?
Are you able to connect other devices to the same network?
Please share the product number of the PC to assist you better.
You can update the windows to the latest version and try updating the wireless drivers and BIOS on the PC to the latest version using the HP support assistant.
Refer this article to know more information about using the HP support assistant. Click Here
Note: Before uninstalling the wireless drivers make sure the PC is connected with an ethernet connection.
Please try the steps recommended below.
Open Network Connections (Start > Run > ncpa.cpl > OK)
Right-click on the icon for your wireless adapter and select Properties
Click the "Wireless Networks" tab
Ensure that there is a check in the box to "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings." Note that in order to use Windows, you must ensure that any software that came with the wireless adapter is not also running.
Assuming that your wireless network is listed under "Preferred networks," select it and click "Properties"
On the "Association" tab, ensure that the authentication and encryption boxes are properly configured for whatever level of encryption you configured on your router (e.g., WPA2-PSK).
Click the "Authentication" tab and clear the check box to "Enable IEEE 802.1x authentication for this network."
OK your way out.
Alternatively, do steps 1 - 4 and when you get to step 5, select your wireless network and "Remove" it. Reboot. "View available wireless networks," find yours, click connect, and enter the password when prompted.
Also, try the steps recommended below.
In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.
At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.
Hope this answers your query!
Have a great day! 🙂
