This could be an issue with Windows itself. You could try a Reset as a last resort. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289

Windows reset to fix a Wifi issue? No way.

Since the WiFi Adapter keeps appearing and disappearing it could be an OS issue. If the issue persists after the Reset then it would be a Hardware issue with the Wlan Card
