My wifi keeps dropping not sure what's the issue. I read somewhere it is the below drivers. Please suggest what are my options.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version directly from the Intel website:

 

Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

 

The above driver should install version 19.51.45.1 according to the release notes.

 i tried the update but it says this update cant be installed in your system

Interesting.

 

I installed that update the other day on my HP Stream Pro G4 which has the same model Wi-Fi adapter and it worked fine.

 

I also installed it on my HP 8200 Elite CMT desktop PC which has a PCIe x 1 Wi-Fi adapter which contains the Intel 7265 AC Wi-Fi adapter and it worked fine as well.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
